How do we shape sustainable development at our university?
We address this question on a daily basis and work on various concepts and projects. All our activities are based on our principles for sustainable development at HNEE and are guided by the strategies of environmental management, climate protection management and our sustainability transfer strategy.
In our opinion, a sustainable university includes a sustainable cafeteria, sustainable mobility, which includes, for example, our climate-neutral semester ticket, and the careful use of energy and heat, such as our current conversion to LED. We also focus on sustainable procurement, design our events and excursions in a sustainable way and deal with the concept of climate neutrality at our university.
