Youth and Trainee Representative

The Youth and Trainee Representative has the following responsibilities among others:

• ensuring compliance with the regulations pertaining to youths/trainees
• passing on suggestions of the youths/trainees to improve the working relationship to the Personnel Council
• application for measures to promote the professional development of youths/trainees to the Personnel Council
• application for measures to integrate foreign youths and trainees to the Personnel Council
