If you need a chainsaw, please contact me at least 1 week in advance. I also need proof of your entitlement (copy of chain saw licence).



​​​​​​​Terms and conditions for the loan of equipment from the Forest Equipment Service Center of the Faculty of Forest and Environment

  • By accepting the borrowed equipment, the user assures that the following conditions are accepted and adhered to.
  • Equipment is used as intended and in accordance with the instructions. The instructions for use and the manufacturer's specifications are taken seriously.
  • Equipment is returned in a clean, ready for use state and will be returned at the date agreed on.
  • The user is responsible for loss, theft, damage and premature wear of the borrowed equipment. If one of the cases occurs, the HNEE must be informed immediately by writing at geraeteausgabe@hnee.de. The equipment will be repaired or replaced by the user within a reasonable period of time at the users expense. Payment of replacement costs is not possible.
  • The use of HNEE property for commercial or illegal purposes is prohibited.
